Yesterday we got the news that the College of Physicians and Surgeons - for reasons we don't know yet - dropped all charges against Dr. Hoffe.
This is AWESOME NEWS, yes, but these attacks are defined by this phrase:
What that phrase means is that even though the charges are dropped, Dr. Hoffe still as a very large legal bill as a result of this persecution.
We are waiting for Dr. Hoffe's lawyer, Lee Turner, to get us the details of why the charges were dropped and how much is still outstanding on Dr. Hoffe’s legal bill.
It's not an insignificant number, that much is guaranteed, so if you would like to help Dr. Hoffe pay down this legal debt, please donate using the buttons above. ⬆️.
Dr Hoffe is one of 37 contributing authors from around the world including; Robert F. Kennedy Jnr, Dr Mike Yeadon, Dr Peter McCullough, Catherine Austin Fitz, Tamara Lich, Shawn Buckley and many other notable figures in the international truth and freedom Community.

It took 8 long years to achieve their foregone conclusion, and on February 18, 2026, the BC Human Rights Tribunal convicted Barry Neufeld of violating ss. 7(1)(a), 7(1)(b), and 13 of the BC Human Rights Code.
The Tribunal orders Mr. Neufeld to
"cease the contravention and refrain from committing the same or a similar contravention: s. 37(2)(a) and (b)."
pay $442.00 to Teacher C under s. 37(2)(d)(ii).
From page 112 of the ruling:
We find the complaint justified in part. We declare that Mr. Neufeld violated ss. 7(1)(a), 7(1)(b) and 13 of the Code. We order Mr. Neufeld to:
a. cease the contravention and refrain from committing the same or a similar contravention: s. 37(2)(a) and (b);
b. pay $442.00 to Teacher C as compensation for expenses incurred by discrimination: s. 37(2)(d)(ii);
c. pay the CTA $750,000 as compensation for injury to the Class members’ dignity, feelings and self-respect: s. 37(2)(d)(iii);
d. pay pre-judgment and post-judgment interest on the amount we have awarded to Teacher C for her expenses, until the full amount is paid, based on the rates set out in the Court Order Interest Act; and
e. pay post-judgment interest on the amount awarded as compensation for injury to dignity, until the full amount is paid, based on the rates set out in the Court Order Interest Act.
We order the CTA to distribute the award for injury to dignity equally among all members of the Class, within six months of receiving payment.
