The citizen in question, Lynda di Armani, is suing the Chilliwack School Board for violating her right to free speech.
Willow Reichelt was the Chair of the Chilliwack School Board at the time, and it was Reichelt's egregious actions against Mrs. Di Armani that led to The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms taking on her case.
That lawsuit goes to court the week of March 10th, and as soon as we know the exact date, we will let you know.
We want as many people as possible to fill the courtroom in support of Lynda di Armani on that day to show the judge and the School Board that Reichelt must be held accountable for her actions.
