The College of Physicians and Surgeons has set new dates for Dr. Hoffe's disciplinary hearing:

Two weeks starting May 26 to June 6, 2025
We encourage everyone to watch the proceedings and let the College know they cannot hide in the shadows.
However, to obtain the viewing link you must apply to the College at least 7 days in advance.
As of the date of publication, there is no way to apply for that viewing link.
We have asked the College for the application form to view Dr. Hoffe's disciplinary hearing and will post that information here as soon as it's available.

New BCTF Complaint Letter to BC Human Rights Tribunal
On Friday, September 27th, at 7:06pm of the long weekend, the B.C. Teacher's Federation sent a frivolous complaint about Barry Neufeld and his lawyer, James Kitchen, to the BC Human Rights Tribunal.
Their letter admits they have no legal basis for their complaint, but they lodge it anyway, as though the rules that apply to everyone else do not apply to them.

This is what Barry Neufeld and his lawyer, James Kitchen, are up against. If you believe, as we do, that the BCTF is abusing the process set by the BC Human Rights Tribunal, please help us pay for the cost of responding to the BCTF's frivolous complaint.
