All Donations for are Sent to the Lawyer of Record for Each Case
As a not-for-profit society registered in the province of British Columbia:
We have no employees
We rely on volunteers
Our tech platform is underwritten by a corporate sponsor
Our operating expenses are limited
This allows us to fundraise with a minimum of overhead, so more of your money goes to the cause(s) you choose to support.
When you donate to support Lynda di Armani's Freedom of Speech lawsuit against the Chilliwack School Board, your donations are sent to Lynda's lawyer of record, the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF).
When you donate to support Dr. Charles Hoffe's battle for Medical Ethics and Bodily Autonomy with the BC College of Physicians & Surgeons, your donations are sent to Dr. Hoffe's lawyer of record, Lee Turner.
When you donate to support Barry Neufeld's battle to protect childhood innocence, your donations are sent to one of his two lawyers of record.
In Mr. Neufeld's case at the BC Human Rights Tribunal, his lawyer of record is James Kitchen.
In Mr. Neufeld's appeal of his defamation conviction, the lawyer of record is Paul Jaffe.
