The Spark That Ignited This Mission
Christopher di Armani, the President of the Rights and Freedoms Fundraising Society, has a long history of fundraising for legal cases involving the defense of our cherished Rights and Freedoms. Over the past few years, he saw many cases of government and medical oversight bodies abusing the rights of citizens and members, and he knew something needed to be done to help those who fought back against these abuses.
The three cases listed below led to the formation of the Rights and Freedoms Fundraising Society.
Lynda di Armani vs the Chilliwack School Board
Lynda di Armani, a former Educational Assistant in School District #33 Chilliwack, attempted to share her concerns with the School Board. Board Chair Willow Reichelt did not like Mrs. Di Armani's comments so she cut Lynda's mic feed in an attempt to silence her. This clear violation of Mrs. di Armani's Charter rights led to her filing a lawsuit against the school board.
That lawsuit is ongoing.

Dr. Charles Hoffe vs the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons
Dr. Charles Hoffe, as you may be aware, faces a host of potential penalties for exposing the dangers of the COVID shots. He reported on the tragic experiences of his patients in Lytton, BC, and attempted to get the mandates stopped.
That led to BC's College of Physicians and Surgeons attacking him personally and professionally in a case that is still ongoing.

Barry Neufeld vs the BC Education System and the BC Human Rights Commission
Barry Neufeld, former School District #33 Chilliwack school board trustee, faces a BC Human Rights Commission "trial" for speaking out about the dangers of sexually transitioning minors without their parents’ consent.
As a result of his principled stand, he's been attacked professionally and personally in a series of legal and quasi-legal court battles that are designed to destroy him. Beating him in an election isn't enough. The forces aligned against him want to destroy him emotionally and financially too.

The Fundraising Need
These three cases and the fundraising needs they represent were the catalyst for the formation of the Rights and Freedoms Fundraising Society.
Lynda di Armani is represented by the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (jccf.org). While she does not incur the expense of her representation, the JCCF does, so money needs to be raised for her case. All money we raise on Lynda di Armani’s behalf goes directly to the JCCF.
Christopher created a website for Dr. Charles Hoffe as a clearinghouse for information about his case and to help raise funds for his defense. All money raised in his case goes directly to Dr. Hoffe’s attorney of record.
Christopher then approached Barry Neufeld and asked if anyone was helping him raise the funds required to defend himself against the legal and quasi-legal challenges he faces.

All money raised for Barry Neufeld’s defense goes directly to his attorney of record.
The Formation of the Rights and Freedoms Fundraising Society
Alongside a group of other concerned citizens, Christopher di Armani formed the Rights and Freedoms Fundraising Society and registered it under the BC Societies Act.
The Rights and Freedoms Fundraising Society's purpose is twofold:
1. To raise funds for the legal defense of those who are attacked for standing up for themselves and others.
2. To raise funds to assist candidates at the municipal level to fight and win seats on their City Councils and School Boards.
Many other organizations do great work, but their focus is split between doing the work and raising the money required to do the work.

We Are A Registered BC Society
RFFS is a volunteer-led and volunteer-run organization.
Our bylaws prohibit board members from receiving remuneration for their time and talents volunteered on the Society's behalf.
As a result of the generosity of these volunteers and a corporate sponsorship by Wolf Pack Mentors CRM (TryWolfPackCRM.com), our website fundraising platform, our only expenses are the direct costs of communicating by email and text messages, and the credit card processing fees from Stripe, our payment processor.
Our mission is to raise money to support the work of other organizations and the individuals they represent, as well as those individuals like Dr. Charles Hoffe and Barry Neufeld who are all alone in their respective battles.
